1. Order Processing
All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 days after order confirmation, including weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number to track your order easily.
2. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@trendoraonlineshop.com. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking link along with your order details via email or on your registered mobile number. If you face any issues or need assistance, you can contact us anytime via WhatsApp or email.
4. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please share an unboxing video clearly showing the item and its packaging by emailing us at support@trendoraonlineshop.com. Once our team reviews the video and verifies the issue, we will arrange a replacement product for you.
