1.No Return Policy

We follow a strict No Return Policy. Once an order is placed and successfully delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under normal circumstances.

2.Damaged or Defective Product

In the rare case that a customer receives a damaged or defective product, we are happy to assist with a free replacement.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • The product must be damaged at the time of delivery.
  • The customer must record a clear unboxing video from start to finish.
  • The unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared with us as proof.
  • Without an unboxing video, replacement requests will not be accepted.

3.Replacement Process

  • Once the unboxing video is verified, we will initiate a free replacement of the damaged product.
  • No extra charges will be applied for the replacement.
  • We aim to dispatch the replacement as quickly as possible, depending on product availability and logistics.
